We loved every minute of our stay here. the staff are amazing. We stayed in a family 2 bedroom and it was perfect. Pool and facilities are top notch and so relaxing, perfect for what our family needed - a few days away from the hustle and bustle to relax. The food was excellent but cocktail list definately needs improving needing more tropical cocktails instead of the fermented ones but all in all our stay was wonderful!

Dewa Yudana, Food & Beverage Manager, deserves applause for listening to our honest feedback on the New Year’s eve buffet. He went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, and even gave us a discount for the buffet. Hats off to Dewa Yudana! I highly recommend staying at Westin Ubud! Their staff were professional and their services were top notch.👍

Ubud stay

The hotel rooms are tired and probably 3 star standard. The humidity makes the rooms smell damp and aircon also blows damp smelling air into the room. The cleanliness was good in places but attention to detail on balcony glass, around the pool under the chairs and in the room was lacking. Staff are polite and friendly but this doesn’t make up for the slow service. Breakfast good selection of food and the food quality is good. Staff at the reception and bar cannot be more helpful. Overall disappointing.
