      More towels please

The location and room were great. The service was not so great. We had to go down to get more towels, as we were not provided enough for our group of 4. The staff would not bring them to us. Additionally, we had to exchange our tv remote for one that worked and again the staff would not bring it to our room. We felt these things shouldn't be something we had to ask for and go get ourselves. The shampoo and conditioner packs were so tiny and we were only given enough for one person. Again, something we had to go down and ask for. Other than that, everything else was great.

      Nice hotel, no shampoo

A very nice and clean hotel located on the edge of Bricktown. Shampoo in the rooms was an issue. Instead of the usual small plastic bottles, the shampoo was in condiment type packs. However, when opened, there wasn’t any shampoo in the packs. I asked the front desk and they said several other guests had said the same thing. Bring your own shampoo. The breakfast was good and there was a nice, shaded courtyard for eating outdoors.

The worst hotel experience! The manager was rude and unhelpful. He belched while checking us in. The toilet was broken all weekend. It was leaking and wouldn’t flush. Maintenance came up to fix it while we were gone. Used all the towels to clean the water off the floor and left them there. When we returned from a long day in Norman the toilet was still broken and we had no towels and nasty toilet towels on the bathroom floor. The broken toilet ran all night and we couldn’t sleep. We will never stay there again.

      Overall great

Overall it was a great stay. When we returned to the hotel late after the OU football game we got the last parking spot in the lot. People coming in after us had to park on the street.

We arrived late because we drove in from Houston. They gave our two queen bed room away but we were happy with a king because our daughter decided against going. The parking was across the street and completely full. We had to park in handicapped parking

      Enjoyable ,but room for improvement.

We were expecting a little more from a Hyatt. The parking lot was conveniently across the street and we knew it was extra but our reservations said $15 a day. It turned out to be $30 a day and included a parking tax for a total of $65 dollars for a two night stay. The car didn't move during our stay as Bricktown was within walking distance and the Street car stop was even closer. $3 per person for a day pass. Breakfast was to be included in our stay but the weekend breakfasts were prepackaged meals in a bag supposedly due to Covid. We opted for IHOP across from the Street Car stop. On Monday they served Breakfast, buffet style from 6-9 .We came at 7:45 and it was packed with little food left in sight and unclean tables and splattered food areas. We tried to go to IHOP again but it's closed on Mondays. Went back and got a yogurt, sausage and hot tea . The signs said rooms were serviced every 24 hours unless you posted notice on door. Ours weren't serviced and had to get towels from the front desk. Supposed to be a salt pool, maybe in the past. No towels in pool area had to snatch sweat towels from fitness area. Elevators had used masks over flowing from trash and sanitizer table. They should have been outside of elevator, people kept bumping into them. Room was very comfortable. liked the night and day shades on the window. Shower set up was nice. At first we thought we were away from everything looking at the map, but that was not the case and we had an enjoyable weekend.

Staff was friendly, manager was pleasant and helpful with recommendations. Measures of cleanliness were in place. Bed was okay - not the most comfortable one I've stayed in, but far from uncomfortable. Not much noise outside during our stay. Overall a good experience.
