The property is situated in a very convenient location in the centre of Warsaw. Transport and amenities are all very close by, with transfer to the airport very close by. The apartment itself is equipped with a kitchen, good bathroom and a nice warm room.
Communication with the receptionist prior to the journey was difficult and inefficient, with the phone number not working to enquire about the door codes. Once I had contacted Expedia though, the receptionist just wanted to allow us to arrive with no information, which was unacceptable. They did however send this via Whatsapp in the end (apparently emails aren't possible). This service could be improved in the future with emails being sent out 48 hours in advance for all bookings.
Once we arrived, we found a girl passed out on the sofa, who I was convinced for a few seconds might have been dead. Once she woke up, she very timidly ran away without saying anything. Almost something out of a horror film. I still don't know if she was a guest, was there managing the property or was the poltergeist spirit of a previous resident (I guess we'll never find out).
This problem and paranormal experience aside, our stay was very pleasant and I can highly recommend it to anyone wanting good value for money in Warsaw.
