Great location. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. TV didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flush and fill back up sometimes. Breakfast was poor. Had only three prepackaged options. Nice outdoor space around the pool.

Ms. Voquoiu Carter, Assistant General Manager, was exceptionally friendly and helpful -- she spent a lot of time explaining to us where to go and the best ways to do it, providing us with maps, phone numbers and valuable advice. We are very grateful and would not hesitate stay at the same hotel again.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Property not terribly clean, crusty around the edges. The breakfast area was not kept up, tables dirty andmachines not functioning properly. Our room was mostly clean. Bathroom was not completely clean. Again, it was crusty or dirty around the edges of the floor, sink was a clogged, mirror not clean, etc. Loved the staff, property was just so-so.

The room we had was unfortunately infested with roaches. They were in the kitchen and bathroom. We chose not to bring food or use the kitchen as planned. I never mind if I see an insect, but when it’s 10 or more, I immediately worry about overall cleanliness of the hotel, it’s breakfast prep area, etc. Aside from that the room was pretty dusty, sink in the bathroom had very little water pressure, but the beds were comfortable and shower was good. Bring your own toiletries because rooms are only serviced after four days. I only stayed two days.

This is a newer property with very large rooms. There was no daily service for cleaning during the three days we were there. They ask you to come down to the desk or ask for made for towels etc. That was no big deal as long as we got our towels. The ribs are quite large and well appointed including a large fridge and kitchen which I really like. The one thing I wish they would change is the half glass door shower. It’s cold and the water gets outside the shower in the bathroom. Overall a very pleasing property with lots of restaurant options and literally across the street from Tanger outlet mall.
