Very nice hotel, great breakfast, very nice and always helpful staff. Very nice rooftop bar with great pizza! In one direction the neighbourhood is a bit sketchy and the other way down the Main Street it’s very nice. But no problems ever.

Had a 5 star room and some great service. The pool doesnt have all its water features working and the upstairs lounge was never open due to private parties. This also affects access to the pool. Gym is very small. Thus more a boutique hotel amenity-wise.

Ok but not a 5-star.
The rooms are modern and in good condition. The floor was a little dirty when I arrived and the shower gel bottle empty, which took a while to get refilled by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast selection is poor and not worth paying for - you can get a cheaper and far better alternative outside. The staff are mostly friendly but some of the breakfast staff were a little cold. The gym is tiny. Overall fine but certainly not a 5-star.

Bom hotel mais falta acústica no quarto.
Minha estadia no geral foi boa ,quarto bom, comida boa e estacionamento bom , mais o que mais me incomdou foi a falta de acústica do quarto pois um casal do outro lado nos incômodou bastante.

Hotel de qualidade, porém precisando cuidar da limpeza dos quartos, pois carpete cheiram a morrinha e as toalhas, após usadas, também exalam cheiro desagradável. O kit sabonete e xampu precisa urgentemente ter um uptade, em termos de qualidade e proteção dermatológica. O quarto é standard com preço deluxe. O café da manhã, embora com variedade, não tem nada cujo sabor seja diferenciado.

Atendente da recepção nada simpático, acredito que por se tratar de um hotel o mínimo de simpatia é esperado de um recepcionista! Solicitei um late-check-out pois o horário do meu voo foi alterado e sem nem se quer me deixar explicar o motivo, me informou que não teria como, mais caso eu pagasse uma meia diária, poderia ficar, esse late-check-out seria às 14h da tarde ao invés de 12h, seria apenas uma cordialidade do hotel. TV do quarto sem nenhum tipo de acesso a streaming, pelo valor cobrado e pelo porte do hotel, acredito que há coisas que já se tornam básica.
