The room is small with single bed, sink in the room, and no space for keeping personal belongings as the side table is used to keep the small fridge. The price is considered high if compared the room size. However the location and cleanliness are satisfactory.

As promised- this is a great place to stay Izmir!
What an easy stay. Really convenient location, helpful friendly staff, and a good value for the money. proximity to the old town, harbour, bazaar, Agora- was a great short walking distance. The rating going into this property was a deserved 8.8- realize that this is not opulent, it is simply just very satisfying. I didn’t want the trappings and price of a high-priced chain hotel- this is a great alternative that I would use again for a fun outing in Izmir. Absolutely no negatives for this property. The adjacent 88 bar is a great place for a nightcap. Thanks to the crew for an enjoyable stay- if I return to Izmir this will be my first consideration for a place to stay.
