⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Aquatika! From the moment we checked in, everything went smoothly. The host was extremely attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was exactly as described on Hotels.com—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The property itself exceeded our expectations. The five swimming pools were beautiful and constantly being cleaned by the staff. The grounds were very well maintained, security was excellent, and the controlled access made us feel safe throughout our stay. There is also a convenient kiosk on-site where you can purchase food and drinks, which was a nice bonus. The only issue we experienced was a temporary water supply interruption. However, the apartment owner had a backup water tank available for the toilets, and the Aquatika administration managed the situation very efficiently with a water rationing system, so it had very little impact on our vacation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed every moment. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Puerto Rico.

It was a clean space in a safe complex. Location is pretty central to activities. The condo we stayed in was good but could’ve used a few more things for the activities offered. (Golf clubs, usuable basketball, etc). All in all enjoyed the location. Would like to try a different unit. But we’re still happy.

First off we loved the area. Very authentic Puerto Rico and It’s a safe area. Security checked us for arm bands every time we entered so it would be hard to just drive in since it’s gated. Was easy to find, check in was fast. I will say the lock bock is pretty hard to get open. Didn’t like that as a push code would be a lot better. Property is nice and clean. Security is super friendly and helpful. The only real issue we had with it was that the water slide and water cannons do not operate during the week only on the weekends. Big bummer for the kiddos.
