Detestamos esta pousada, o quarto é pequeno e nada confortável, tudo muito úmido e a vista é definitiva, só que para um muro sujo e alto, impedindo qualquer vista. Com essa pandemia, os funcionários foram mal treinados e acabaram por piorar o que já era ruim. A piscina começa a ser limpa quando todos querem estar nadando, principalmente as crianças. Detestamos, nunca mais volto lá, nem de graça.

Me surpreendeu o quanto os funcionários são solícitos e bem treinados, foi algo acima da média. A pousada estava em excelentes condições de manutenção e limpeza e a instalação era muito confortável, com cama macia e lençóis de primeira linha. A equipe atendeu todas as minhas solicitações e deu dicas valiosas para aproveitar melhor a estada, além disso, a politica para PETs foi ótima. A pousada aceita todos os pets (inclusive os exóticos) e os quartos são adaptáveis para garantir tanto a segurança do bicho como do tutor. Gostei muito do local, recomendo.
