My worst hotel experience in my life
The hotel didn’t have the room I booked. Instead they offered me a room less than half the size of the one I booked and a 10% discount as a courtesy. I had to change hotels and they even didn’t want to give my money back. I had to go back to the hotel several times to argue and ask for reimbursement but they wanted to charge me even thought they didn’t have the room I booked. Staff in reception was totally incompetent, receptionist insisted in repeating “I don’t have any information” and one of their managers said charging me the 3 nights was “the information she had”.
They made me feel like my money was literally been stolen from me, a horrible experience to have during your vacation.
Positive aspects: very close to the beach and amazing bar and porter staff.
