als wir in das Zimmer kamen, hat es ein wenig gemüffelt. Das Personal am Empfang, ist sehr freundlich. Im Rabennest war es sehr schön. Ein offener Kamin, eine Traum Aussicht. Sehr Stielvoll und Elegant eingerichtet. Nobel, Weihnachtlich. Die Bedienung war sehr nett. Zuvorkommend. Das Essen war phantastisch, auch wenn es etwas teuer war. Aber , einmal geht das schon. Hatten ja einen Grund zum Feiern. DANKE an ALLE

Das war das gruseligste und dreckigste Zimmer was ich jemals hatte. Dass das Hotel nicht das allerneuste ist, war mir bewusst. Jedoch ist das kein Grund, einem Gast ein derart verdrecktes Zimmer anzubieten. Zwischen Schlafraum und Bad gibt es eine Verbindungstür aus Glas. Diese war voller Flecken, Schlieren und irgendwelchen undefinierbaren Resten von was auch immer. Ich mag mir nicht vorstellen, was hier alles dran hing. Das war ein widerlicher und ekelhafter Anblick. Im Bad ging es dann weiter. Die Dusche hätte ich selbst, wenn ich mehrere Tage dort geblieben wäre, auf keinen Fall genutzt. Die Fugen waren verdreckt und teilweise verschimmelt. Das Zimmer selbst ging gerade so, auch wenn es das ungemütlichste Zimmer war, was ich jemals hatte. Die Toiletten im Foyer, na ja. Hier ist der Mülleimer schon übergequollen. Wir hatten für zwei Nächte gebucht, sind aber schon nach der ersten Nacht abgereist. Hier haben wir uns absolut nicht wohlgefühlt. Gerade in Zeiten von Corona sollte man doch wohl davon ausgehen, dass hier mehr auf Hygiene geachtet wird. Das Zimmer war hygienisch gesehen eine absolute Katastrophe. Die Angestellten waren durchweg sehr freundlich und nett. Jedoch hätte die Dame am Empfang ja mal nachfragen können, warum wir früher abreisen. Aber das hat nicht interessiert.(Geld haben sie ja trotzdem für die von uns nicht genutzte Nacht bekommen) das Frühstück wiederum war sehr gut, reichhaltig und viel Auswahl. Auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich.
