Carnaval na serra
Tivemos uma excelente estadia no Prodigy Gramado. Ótima localização e um atendimento atencioso. Recomendo as pizzas da Forneria para quem não quiser enfrentar os restaurantes cheios apesar da pandemia. Nosso único contratempo foi a qualidade do WiFi no quarto que era muito ruim.

Decepcionante escolha!!!
O custo benefício desse hotel é pessimo! Foi decepcionante a estadia: me senti rasgando dinheiro pois de forma alguma o que ele oferece vale a diária de R$ 950! O quarto é apertado, o banheiro desconfortável! Café da manhã fraquíssimo: ovos mexidos frio, pão de queijo massudo, café ralo! Para piorar as camas estavam com edredon sujo, reaproveitado de outro hóspede ( em plena pandemia e tive q insistir para serem trocados, pois a limpeza dos quartos não é diária! As fotos do edredon nojento que encontrei quando eu mesma tive q fazer a minha cama estão ai para ilustrar o absurdo!
