The property was great - very clean and the room was well appointed and perfect for our little family of three - our daughter had the pull out in the "front" part of the room - the door gave her and us privacy. The pool was great, so nice an warm. Only thing was the towels for the pool were very very small. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and attentive. We will be back again!

I had quite a few problems. First the rooms seem updated but the wall paper was falling apart in a few places. The pool was nice but the game room ate my sons quarters. There was a massive issue with cleanliness of our room that has since been rectified. Over all is was eh, a place to sleep for a night. Nothing to special.

Weekend getaway to Bretton woods which was close enough to this hotel so that was very convenient. Warm breakfast items were replenished constantly, food area was cleaned and tidied up constantly. The only thing that was holding this hotel from being great was the pool is not heated. It is so cold, it even took my 7 year old over 20 mins to slowly submerge. Other guests came into pool area and left after feeling the coldness from the pool. There was a hot tub in a room which was walled off and empty so hopefully it’s being fixed but after a day in the cold. It’s nice to have the warmth of a pool or hot tub to warm up in but we didn’t have either:
