Intimate and personal. Loved my stay.
The hotel is of a more intimate size which made the experience more comfortable and personal. The level of service and attention surpassed my expectations. Congratulations and thanks to Four Points Sheraton. The breakfast was superb and had all the key elements of a good breakfast (variety, changing daily offerings) and provided quality over quantity. Congratulations to the chef. The room met all my needs for a business trip, although the corridor carpet on the 9th floor was heavily stained with unsightly dark red blotches all the way from the lift to my room. I think there needs to be better signage at the car entrance. So many grab drivers missed the entrance and had to reverse to enter the driveway to pick me up. One missed the entrance entirely and I had to cancel the booking, as it is along a one-way road. At the end of the day, it is the people who make or break a stay, and the team at Four Points Sheraton is really wonderful. Thank you!
