The hotel property is beautiful with a lavish pool at the back. The room and bathroom were modestly sized but relatively new. The cleanliness and attention to detail are not anywhere near US Standards. I was particularly annoyed at them not replenishing the coffee packs everyday. They do however give unlimited number of water bottles for free - which is very nice. The Reception staff (Hector particularly) was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is okay. In general, DR has no bread in their menu so the quality of bread is sub-standard. No oatmeal either. No concierge, so they don't sell any tour packages.

Arrived at 4 am, room floor sticky, air vent moldy, air conditioning not cooling. Requested another room, staff could not find another, said the rooms available had no AC. Had to walk out to find another hotel at 5 am. Requested refund, a week after refund hasn't been issued and found more unauthorized charges on my card.

Quality comfort, convenience and great value
The professionalism, courtesy and accommodating nature of the hotel staff was OUTSTANDING the check-in process was fast and easy. The complimentary breakfast was good and the restaurant staff was superb. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
