I could not get hold of the property to advise of a flight delay which meant I would be arriving after 8.30pm. I contacted Lastminute.com to advise and they tried also but couldn't get through. In the end I had friend's (whilst I was flying) continue to try and they were successful. The only contact was a landline with a bizarre message and I feel that a mobile would have been better as I could have left a text and voice message. Also some of the amenities were not provided in the room and I had to go and ask. Finally would I stay there again - probably not.
