Horrible experience
The hotel is under construction so I can't sleep workers start at 9 am and breakfast is served till 9.30 the pool is empty to go to the night club inside in the hotel you have to pay people is rude the drain in the shower was broken really one of my worst experiences ever in a hotel.

Dear sir /madam, Pernik is rates at three star but it should be rated one , the double room was extremely small, can hardly walk , the bed mattress were terrible ( my body still hurts!) the room flooded during a rain a lot, we had no refrigerator (and we traveled with two babies under 2 years old )and tried for four days to get them to bring one on the room ! Finally when they did was broken and they just left it there ! Terrible ! The food? Only good for dogs really, eat a couple times and immediately regreted since we passed the rest of the day in the toilet! Worst yet , while we where there , they promptly had special for Cubans $20 for double room for two people and a child, including their lousy breakfast, we paid $ 91 for the same thing !! Disgrace!! As well they had absolutely nothing that you could actually rent in terms of car ! 3 stars ? Is a bloody jock !
