Pay more attention to check-in. Ask for coupons if you have suite (I did not get mine at all till asking abouit it during check-out). Do not be shy to ask about everything several times. You will not be informed "automatically" about all perks and possibilities. Be ready for obsessive and long conversation about "next day business training" right during checking-in. Try all the restaraunts on site, almost all of them are are very good (not so sure about Amalfi). Be aware no sauna is on site. Be ready to enjoy live music and shows daily.

NO RECOMENDABLE para comensar cuando llegamos no tenian las suite disponible y trataron de convensernos de llevarnos a otra propiedad. Una vez estando en la otra solo nos querian dar una suite cuando nosotros pagamos por 2 suites. Despues pedimos regresanos al primero me dirigi al recepcion y me dise que no tienen abitaciones que lo sienten mucho. Pedi ablar con el gerente y me dise que no tenian niestra suite total despues de 2 horas que siempre si . La comida esta fatal. En el buffet siempre es lo mismo. Otra vosa que no te dise es que No es verdad que es todo incluido eso es un robo Por que ases reservacion para 7 noches y solo puedes aser 3 reservaciones en los restaurants y el resto del tiempo solo en el buffet que esta malisimo. El personal atento pero en si no lo recomiendo pata nada.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, it was so clean, the staff was amazing and so nice, very accommodating. They went above and beyond every time, Felipe one of the servers was very nice and always very friendly and accommodating. We definitely will be back. The amenities made the stay worth it. My kiddos spent some time in the teen room and we enjoyed the beach club. Our room did not disappoint, we stayed in one of the master suites with an ocean view, absolutely beautiful. The bed was okay, I found it to be hard but pretty typical. My only complaint is the food. Overall it was okay, we ate and there were plenty of options but found some of the options were undercooked like the egg scramble and stuff. We tried eating at the grill and the hotdogs also were slightly undercooked for our liking. I would have loved more Mexican food options and snacks like elote throughout our stay. I was disappointed that I didn’t have more Mexican food options. The restaurants were good, I particularly enjoyed La Flamingo. The Mexican fiesta was so fun with so much food and mariachi. Overall great stay, food needs to be improved.

Our family and a second family stayed 9 days for the second time at the property. Overall a nice family resort. The beach, poolside bar and kids water park make it great. The food is okay, with the exceptions of the ala carte are fantastic. They closed the pizza place for lunch which was disappointing. Evening shows are entertaining and they do slightly earlier ones for kids which they liked. They do have some “member only” access spots which for beach side restaurants that the food is also exceptional but expensive unless you join their resort . They were cruise ships that came through a couple days and used the resort which made it very busy, they also had a lot of locals on the weekend at the resort which also made it busy. Overall service at the resort was very good. We had a suite which granted us access to a Personal Concierge- Karina Galaviz, she made our trip, moving our rooms so we were side by side by the pool, taking care of reservations for restaurants and golf. She was fantastic. Not sure if we would go back there, but the service was really good.

This was a great family property. They had a fun kids pool and great kids food options at every buffet. I would recommend the Kids Club for kids under about 8 years old, but my 10 year old found it too young, and he was a bit too young for the teens club. Overall I would return to this resort and this is the 6th time I have traveled to Mexico.
