An okay hotel
The amenities are okay, and it's close to the subway, but it's in a noisy area

Worst check-in ever!
We had booked our hotel well in advance via and pre payed the whole stay. Week before arrival I called to the hotel and asked if it's fine that we arrive late at night, and we were assured that it's completely fine because the hotel has 24 hour check in and reception is open 24/7. The situation seemed to be changed when we arrived slightly after midnight. The receptionist announced that our booking has been cancelled because we arrived after midnight, and if we wanted to stay here, we would have to pay the whole stay again. The receptionist was really nice and helpful, however it was not in his power to do anything because the manager had decided that our booking is cancelled. The manager himself, of course, was sleeping tightly and his phone was switched off. We spent about 2 hours on the phone with but they couldn't help us either. In the end we paid for one night with hope that the issue will be resolved tomorrow. Finally got to bed after 3am exhausted and angry, only to discover that this is the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on... Luckily the manager had changed his mind in the morning and receptionist returned the extra money we paid. Overall very disappointing stay... Will never go back to this hotel and won't suggest it to others. The only positive thing I can mention is staff - all of them were really lovely and helpful, can't say a bad word. Breakfast ok but the neighbourhood is not the best, however the metro is close.

Price is good if you're ok with uncleaned room as no housekeeping as mentioned, rude receptionist/waitress and also no hot water for showers!!

Highly not recommended
I booked a 20 square meters double room with balcony what I received was a 9 square meters disused room with no balcony on the ground floor. When I asked to move to a better room the answer was that Expedia booked a room they didn't have available and the only option was to move to a single room. Practically I paid for a double room but I had to stay in a single room. Moreover the hotel is located in one of the most dangerous areas of Athens.
