Great for low-budget visit. Our space was crowded for family of 6.

cute, clean, good location
Our room was quiet, comfortable and cute with a little balcony. Having hot water in the shower was nice. Everything was within walking distance. Laundry was super expensive compared to everywhere we've stayed through Central and South America. If you have a car, parking is super super tight.

Be careful to stay here
terrible. arrived after 40 hour bus trip was very tired. lady or worker must have said something bad to workers as workers started insulting comments. i got angry asked manager to tell them to stop. she didn't. it got worse.

OK Hotel in Old City
It was difficult to get information regarding public transportation out of the staff; the answer was almost always that I ought to pay $50 for a private car. The lady who checked me in was nice. The man who worked from time to time as the night manager was less friendly. When I was trying to leave to catch a flight, he kept me there saying that there was supposed to be a second TV remote in the room - news to me, as I'd never turned on the all-Spanish TV. Eventually he let me go, but only when the driver said we absolutely had to or I'd miss the flight.
