Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast and coffee was amazing. A 20 minute walk away from the bay, but very close to the historic district and stores. Since the hotel is close to the historic area, university and shopping, the square seems a little busy and/or rough from google street view, but actually it wasn't as hectic/rough as I expected -overall I enjoyed this hotel and thought it was an excellent place to stay!

Hotel in middle of shopping and tours.
Great staff, hotel desk is staffed 24 hours a day, and very helpful. Morning breakfast is awesome, rooms are very clean and modern. Shower is huge and modern. Hotel is close to shopping, tours and metro.

Good location - Terrible Treatment by the staff
The hotel was very difficult to find, once we found it was also difficult to figure out which elevator to use in which hall. Also, the elevator was broken 70% of the stay. We booked a room for 3 people (we were only 2 but wanted the space) and the hotel chose to change our room to a small double room with no notification. The offer included a bottle of prosecco which was never given to us even though it was part of the offer. In addition, the terms in small print statement round trip to the airport was 35 euro. The hotel did not honor it and stated it was an issue with the website we booked on. The staff was argumentative with us when we asked for the room we booked. They did not want to move us from the handicapped room they placed us in. Also, we we finally were moved none of the rooms are quiet as noted in the hotels website or on the hotels.com website. They are very loud and you hear every noise. On a plus side, the breakfast was good. However, they couldn't tell us what the cost was or if it was included,, again blaming the site we used to book the hotel. Overall this was not good hotel and I would not recommend due to very poor customer service. My first experience with a hotel treating my like this when i booked through hotels.com and I have been using this site to travel the world for many years now. Very disappointed in the staff and how they handled the situaiton.

The location of the property was excellent as it was close to a metro station and walking distance away from many attractions. The hotel was clean and the staff was very polite and helpful when in need. The only downside is that the price for the transfers to and from the Napoli airport is a little exaggerated. They were charging 35€ whereas the taxi right outside the hotel was only charging a predetermined rate of 21€.

Poor location, car park is not free and far, noisy
This hotel is located well in the city. However it is not very easily accessed by car. The building has no clear signs, the entrance is very difficult to find. Inside the building, it is hard to find the correct lift - again no signs to make it clear. The lift is very small, old and hard to use. The hotel is advertised as having parking. However, the car parking is in a private garage 1 km away. It is not free - costing 25 Euro for 24 hours. This is not made clear on the listing or on the booking information. Do not stay in rooms 201, 202 or 211. They are right next to the reception or kitchen area. It felt like we were sleeping in the kitchen due to the noise from the restaurant area.
