Condo was good location and size wise. But there was poor support. The customer representative who was supposed to provide 24*7 did not pick calls. When he did, he was extremely rude reminding about time of call (Why then you say it as a 24*7 support and i just entered the premise at that time with no support at site); lecture about reading all details of an email (which was a long and difficult to digest email). I tried to figure things on my own and didn't talk to him at all for rest of my stay. For the price you pay, there was poor bathroom stuffs (poor quality soaps, old towels). And you are kind of scared not to call as the person at the support service will start shouting at you and lecture you on what to expect. It was as if i was staying there by grace. Reason i didn't protest that time, was because i had so many plans and places to see in Maui; that i tolerated all these nonsense. I would not visit this place again and encourage people not to. I am sorry, if i am rude. The house was nice, not the people who manages this. They will try to scare you. You will see warning messages all over the house. Rules, rules and more rules. Dont do this, dont do that.. else you will be fined. I dont want to choose such a place for my vacation.
