The property was in a great location for my purposes. The onsite management team are awesome! Polite and friendly to say the least and are definitely the stars of the property. The challenge was the overall cleanness of the room. Mold was present in the bathroom, the AC cycled on and off, there were no cooking amenities though it had a micro kitchen. The long term tenants were friendly and helpful and seemed to be joined at the hip socially, which is nice to see.
