They have Roaches
They have roaches and the elevator is broken. They are not trying to get it fixed anytime soon. They know what room is the roach issue but refuse to make them leave because they are only about the money no matter what. I hope this is a wakeup call to them to CLEAN IT UP AND GET THEM OUT. Damn baby roach was on my toothbrush when I got back in my room. They changed my room and still seen a roach in the bathroom. Oh they will not give you any financial compensation for the irritation also. So go there with your RAID roach spray. Other than that, the place is VERY clean. So the roaches threw me for a loop.

Disrespectful staff and dirty rooms
The front desk service was terrible and very disrespectful someone tried to come in my room with me still inside for no reason! I had no clothes on! There are roaches ready to greet you when you come in your room and the elevator is not working.

Terrible-pay extra and stay somewhere else!
This hotel is in major disrepair! The lobby is ok but there are stains on the carpet in the halls, and tons of things that need to be fixed, upgraded and all around designed nicer in the room.Had to ask for a box of Kleenex,had no hand towels, asked front desk for one and was given a wash cloth. I stayed here because it was just $40 less than a well known chain that is always clean, updated. Won’t make that mistake again!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

THIS WAS THE WORST
Horrible hotel. Nothing like the picture. Yes the hotel had a stove but when I called down to the front desk they told me I had to by a skillet, pits and pans from them in order to cook in the room. They didn’t even have cups or plasticware for me to use.

Paid for cable did not get it. Charged full price.
When me and my family got there. The cable wire was missing, so we couldn't watch TV. They said we were going to get one, but they never came back until the next day when we complained to hotels.com and they contacted the hotel directly. Only then did they give us a cable wire. I ask to be compensated for not getting something i paid for and was given the run around.
