What we didn't like was how extremely hot the bedroom was. It wouldn't cool off so we slept on the sofa bed in the living room. Glad we didn't have anyone else with us.

Nice place; but needs better airconditioning
It was a nice place and our only complaint was that the air conditioning did not reach into the back bedroom; so it was very hot at night. The air was also set on a timer that lasted 1 hour, so had to be reset every hour. It was pretty hot and difficult to sleep. We tried several options to get the bedroom cooled down (fan in hall etc.); but didn't help.

Comfortable Condo Great Location
The condo (#254) was comfortable but a little run down. The best thing was it's location. The afternoon trade winds kept it cool and the lanai faced vacant land. This unit is a very short walk from the beach, restaurants, activities, and coffee.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT. sigh.
There were more rules just wanted n order to stay here and upon checkout then any place we have ever stayed at before. 1- do NOT use the garbage disposal 2- do NOT leave a light on 3- do NOT leave air conditioner on when gone 4- do NOT walk in with shoes on 5- do NOT leave dishes dirty upon check out 6- do NOT leave your trash go take it someplace else to dump it 7- do NOT use towels to clean 8- do NOT use pull out bed in couch 9- do NOT make noise after 10 pm Do not do not do not do not. You can imagine after a bit you do NOT feel welcome. Oh and then there was check out. 10 am ???? We travel and have traveled for 35 years all over the U. S A and world and this was the first time ANY check out was 10 am. Nothing says “ now get out “ like a10 am check out in paradise. Sigh. Then there was the backwards door nob which didn’t allow you to shut the screen door properly and the backwards refrigerator handles. Very strange. We wouldn’t stay at this property again as it was not worth the money nor time to read allllll the DO NOTS compared to what we now know are way better properties in that location.

Bad Air conditioner
The apartment was great but Apt#254 was horrible because there is 1 hour timer for ac and I had to wake up every hour in middle of night to turn it back on because I was so hot. Every day I would stay awake at 3am because I couldn't go back to sleep. I tried opening the windows at night but I would still wake up in middle of night because we are all so hot. Nobody want to wake up at 3am every morning when they are on vacation!
