Great vacation location!
Went on vacation with a total number of four people and I can say the service staff were exceptional excellent and always very helpful and always asking if we needed something. For the service people from the doorman, bellboy, mades and runners they are a 10 on my book! Now the front desk folks I can say a 9 as just one bad apple made my experience a little sour, but the remaining front desk staff were excellent!! The building was beautiful, the pool excellent shape, overall cleanliness on the common areas, it’s located in a GREAT area and I can give 10 points! Now the room, I expected a little more for what I was paying for, in overall a 7, the AC unit wasn’t working properly, no iron, no coffee maker, the fridge not working properly, the WIFI would go in and out and the bathroom cleanliness 👎 specifically on the shower area and finally I had to call every day for toilet paper 😔. I had another friend staying in another room and that room AC was working very well but had the same other issues as the one on my room. In general a great hotel!

Its OK, starting to feel a little tired.
Rooms are a little outdated, but hotel was OK. Some staff was very friendly (baggage handler and Bar tender), others, not that friendly... but I guess I survived. It is the best hotel in the city, so I guess you have no other options.
