Good area , low on room comfort and quality
The rooms are in poor condition . The area is pretty good as it’s close to Mykonos town although walk to town can be difificult during the night.

Very Good8.0
Fiery Sunset, Cool Pool
Overall, we were pleased with our stay at Villa Konstantin. The staff was pleasant and we enjoyed our stay. Pros: -Great breakfast, which was included for us. We stayed on a few different island but this was definitely was the best breakfast with most variety. -Big pool which was great to cool off in after a hot day -rooms were clean and tidy. Lots of outdoor seating to watch the sunset. If your room didn't have a balcony to watch the sunset, there were many chairs in the shared area to watch from -We spent 9 nights in the cyclades and saw the best sunset of the trip from our balcony (better than Santorini) -transportation (for fee) to and from port was efficient and timely. Cons -tap water is salt so undrinkable. Would prefer hotel supplied bottle water rather than having to purchase independently. - 15- 20 minute walk to and from mykonos. Really easy to get down but an uphill walk to get back. -drinks consumed at the pool have to be bought from bar. I would have been alright with this but felt drinks were a bit overpriced. -Yoga classes are seasonal and are only offered until June which was not properly advertised.

Just as Advertised: AWESOME
As soon as we entered reception we were received with nothing more than PURE HOSPITALITY. Myrto was SO WELCOMING. She gave us the lay of the land and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Myrto is AWESOME!! James is another member of the staff that just was SUPER friendly and ATTENTIVE. CHEERS. Babis was our transport driver. He knows every spot on the island and always gives a recommendation. A COOL CONVERSATIONALIST. Sharon and Bernard were nothing but WELCOMING. Cheers to you for how you treated me and girlfriend. VERY hospitable folks. Villa Konstantin was AS ADVERTISED. GREAT sea view, even better SUNSET. The rooms were IMMACULATE. The pool was a great place to lounge when we weren't in town. Nothing but HIGH MARKS for our stay. Looking forward to my next trip to Mykonos. I know that Villa Konstantin will be my FIRST and only choice. Me and my girlfriend had an AWESOME experience.
