Nice, new hotel in Donostia
Hotel is very clean and conveniently located, with great modern design touches. We appreciated the amenities (robes, toiletries, etc) and the high ceilings. One slightly strange thing is the smell of the cleaning products (super sanitary smell pervades), but that is a small detail. Parking is not included, though they give a discount at a local parking lot. Overall, a good choice for business/pleasure travelers.

Overall a wonderful stay. The staff was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel also validated my parking, making it a little cheaper and less stressful to park the car in the nearby parking facility.

Comfortable stay
Not as fabulous as pictures would lead you to believe, rooms were quite small with limited natural light. However, still a lovely and very comfortable stay with very nice service. Walking distance from everything, right next door to train station.

Short Stay in San Sebastián
Overall this turned out to be a nice spot for a relatively inexpensive stay in San Sebastián. We arrived by car and finding the hotel was a little confusing given that there’s no entrance for cars to pull-in. The hotel has no parking of their own but provides a discount to the nearest parking garage a block or so away. Check-in was simple and reception was nice. The room had a nice large bed but the massive tall ceilings and the preponderance of concrete while fitting with the location in the cultural center did seem a bit cold and overly quiet. The bathroom was quite nice with a big rain shower. The location can at first seem a little detached from the main tourist center but it’s to get around on foot, as there is a walkway to the Maria Cristina bridge next to the hotel, and a cute coffee shop in the ground floor of the cultural center. (It’s a great cut-through if you’re avoiding the rain...) While it’s not the most central nor the most amenity filled hote in San Sebastián, it’s a great spot if you don’t have money to burn and you’re fine with walking a little.
