Lift problems
The female staffs at the front desk were polite and friendly. But the property is not so ok. We have to wait 45 mins for the lift. Apartment itself is outdated. But the location is great.

Great location, friendly staff but at the moment long delays due to lift refurbishments (1 of 3) but regularly 2nd lift out of action too. Oddly had WiFi issues in bedroom of suite (not in sitting room/common areas etc) which I raised twice with staff but no resolution. Previous issues were dealt with efficiently. Would return once lift situation resolved.

We stayed in 3 bedroom apartment. When initally booked through expedia it stated it included daily housekeeping. When we got there they told us it was limited only on 3rd day but doesn't include vacum, nor taking rubbish out. They only changed our towels. This is not 5 star service. I wouldn't stay again. Bad smell in laundry and lifts took ages.

Very disappointing stay
Only one lift was functioning for multiple days which was unacceptable. We were left waiting 10+ mins for a lift with capacity to come. Multiple times we chose to walk down 8 flights of stairs and saw a cockroach while walking. The hotel phones were also down and hence we couldn’t contact reception. Finally the manual states that dry cleaning is available; however, this was false.

Don't stay here until the lift situation is fixed
Staff at this property were friendly and helpful. I had a 1 Bedroom Luxury Suite on the 23rd floor. The room was adequate however the sofa had stains, and the AC even on the lowest fan speed was very loud. If these were the only concerns, I would probably consider staying here again, however the lift situation was a constant frustration for guests. Queues often 10-15 people deep formed in the lobby and not just at peak periods. Several times I was left waiting for between 8 and 15 minutes for a lift down to the lobby. One of the 3 hotel lifts is under refurbishment (has been for several months now and from discussions with staff I understand will be for several more months) leaving only 2 functioning lifts. On one of the 3 days that I stayed on this trip a second lift was also malfunctioning, leaving just one lift to service more than 50 floors. I'd consider staying at this property again once all 3 lifts are available, but wouldn't recommend staying here until that time.

Well situated in Sydney & okay price - given the location. No bar or meals area. We were 7 floors above ground floor. View from window/balcony was building next door only a few metres away (not as shown in advertising picture). Building went to about 50 floors. Only 3 lifts and one not working. Wait time for lifts was a joke, we took to the stairs a few times. Smell in toilet coming up from overflow drain. Our 1 bedroom unit seemed to be in a tired part of the building.
