Our trolley room was off to the hallway by the kitchen. as mentioned, our bathroom was outside of our room. however, there was a keypad lock on the door. the shower was a stand up modern shower. clean bathroom. modern sink. the bathroom was small, but it served our needs and felt great. in regards to our room - big king bed. comfortable. we had 2 walk in closets. a fridge and microwave. a chair. 2 side tables. flat screen tv. there were hangers and a suit case holder. honestly, it was great. it met all of out needs. the room had tall ceilings. it had great AC. it had a humidifer, which was desperately needed due to the time of the year, location and the old house.i can not stress enough, how amazing my experience was here. my only negative comment is that when booking, it add said i had a private bathroom. the bathroom was private, but not located in my room. as soon as you open my room, there was a door to my right and that was my bathroom. we had the room downstairs, i believe the street trolley car room, and we were the only room downstairs. keep that in mind when booking if you are not comfortable with this, because not everyone room has a bathroom directly inside of their room.our bathroom door had a keypad on it and so did our room door. Melissa the housekeeper who lives on thr 3rd floor via a seperate entrance is so amazing. She is great to talk to, but only comes around it you contact her for issues. I would stay here again!
