I came for Rio Olympics. The reception had staff 24 hours, they were local from Rio and very helpful. Spoke good English unlike other Rio shop staff. The entrance didn't have any signs, just a number on the door. Probably so that local gang don't target this place? The hotel on opposite side has a big sign though. Towel and locker were free, but I had to buy my own lock for R$15. Security cameras around locker area. Mixed bathroom and toilet. Very clean.
The bed was wobbly, made by light metal instead of wood. The metal rail fell to the ground and shocked the lower bunk bed guest. I changed bed, not wanting to fall from upper bunk bed to the ground myself.
No one cleaned my bed between days.

Perto da praia e barato, mas...
O hostel vale a pena por ser perto da praia e ser barato, mas não se encha de expectativas... As instalações não são como nas fotos. São ok, mas nada de mais. Tem bastante tomada perto das camas, isso eh bom pra quem viaja com muitas câmeras.
