Pros: location, breakfast (excellent!), and pool. Cons: room was falling apart - the furniture was broken, lights hanging askew, desperately needed a paint job. One of our first rooms didn’t have electricity, and the electricity for the entire hotel went out several times while we were there. Hallways needed vacuuming. When we went to check out, I asked for late checkout, which was supposed to be guaranteed as a hotels.com gold member for this hotel, and was strongly rebuked. Only after I showed the desk correspondence I had about late check out with the manager was I permitted to have late check out for one of our three rooms, but not before getting a lecture about how unusual it was to get late check out.

This our 3rd time in this hotel. Everytime the quality is worse than worse. Breakfast is terrible very low.. we stay in the room as a family 4 people. Everyday we come back from the beach there were 3 towels for 4 people.. And the last day we forgot one mobile telephone in the room, we called the hotel back if they found it. The woman at the reception was very ugly she was just shouting like crazy. She was very far away to be helpfull. It was a dissapointed..

Excellent experience
Amazing service, friendly and helpful. We were allowed to do a late checkout for free and the staff was there for anything we need. Good location and a lot of parking spots right outside the building (parking meter). There's a terrace with a huge table where you can have dinner and a great pool. Breakfast was really good (In Shabbat is better to come with an espresso coffee from the room as the machine is not operative)
