Disappointing
The desk staff was attentive. Hotel was in a great location. The first morning when we woke up, we found the comforter had many spiders in it. The desk worker did volunteer to move our room and was very apologetic. The second morning we went down to breakfast 45 minutes before they closed, and there was hardly any food left. The lady working in the area was nowhere to be found. People kept coming down until the 10:00 closing time and most food was gone.

The room itself was nice and comfortable but check-in was a disaster. We arrived earlier than the 3pm check-in time and the person at the front desk said our room was not ready yet, it would be 30minutes 45 max. We had our lunch with us and went over to sit at the tables and eat. When it had been 45 minutes we checked again and a different person was at the desk and told us we had to wait until 3 which was the opposite of what we had already been told. We needed to get to the hospital so we just left and came back later.

Day1: Hair all over the place and dirty floors. Could use the shower because the drain was messed up and couldn’t use it. Day 2: Drain got fixed and discover food and food wrappers that was NOT ours. There was no soap in the bathroom shower at all.
