DISAPPOINTED
When i booked the hotel room on Expedia it said the hotel has riverside rooms... but when i checked into my room there was no such view all i could see is the other hotel room from my window when i confronted the hotel staff regarding this, they negated having any such room in their hotel and the managet was quite rude and did not respond to calls made by the expedia customer care executive. All this cost me 1000₹ extra which i coughed ip for a riverside view and the rooms were pretty average. The toilet was not well maintained and the wifi was not working as well. As i had a vodafone netwrk i had absolutely no netwrk connectivity in the hotel room and with the wifi not working i could not contact anyone. PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR RIVERSIDE ROOMS AS THERE ARE NONE THE RIVER IS A 2 min WALK FROM THIS HOTEL.
