Hotel muito bom e otimo atendimento. Cerveja gelada, precos em conta, uma excelente pizza (mto recheada e grande), pontos negativos apenas pra psicina aquecida que estava bem suja e nao esquenta bem e para a cama de casal do apartamento estándar, que na verdade sao 2 camas de solteiro juntas.

Ótimas estadias mas com sugestões de melhorias
Nós amamos as instalações do hotel. Ambiente super agradável, funcionários super atenciosos e educados. Restaurante e café da manhã excelentes. Cama super macia limpeza do quarto muito boa. O que não sabíamos é que o quarto standart tem quarto em cima e da pra ouvir cada passo das pessoas, ou seja. O sistema de acústica não é bom. O chuveiro e a descarga não funcionaram direito. Vazão da água pequena. E quando era utilizado chuveiro em algum outro apartamento, além da água diminuir, não esquentava. Ainda mais no inverno, não dá pra tomar banho com um filete de água e ainda morna. Outro ponto é que o Hotel não aceita pet, nem de pequeno porte. Uma sugestão para que passem a aceitar, pois seria ótimo levar nossos companheiros para um descanso em um lugar ótimo devido sua estrutura. Já que é ambiente aberto, tem grana e área, e pelo fato de saber que tem gatos que moram no hotel e ficam próximos da gente, inclusive pedindo comida. E por onde andamos deparamos com coco e cheiro de xixi. Vejo que levar um pet, não teria problema algum, desde que estabelecido regra e mediante cobrança de taxa para cobrir eventuais despesas. Ficam essas sugestões de melhoria. Obrigada pela ótima recepção e atendimento.

Excelente lugar para ir com a família ou com uma companhia para passar um tempo agradável! Localização fácil, recepção excelente, quarto limpo, piscinas muito boas. O que torna um pouco ruim é o restaurante; além dos pedidos demorarem a ficar prontos, o preço é bem salgado.
