The room was very nice, and very spacious. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Michael the chef that made breakfast was very nice. He greeted us every morning, and the food was great. Will definitely stay there the next time we are in Florida

There was only 2 towels in our two bedroom suite. No regular coffee. No remote for TV. Lady up front was extremely rude in the morning. No signs for entrance on where to check in. Maid told us no pets even though it was a pet friendly place and a service animal. She expressed concerns of being allergic and that we shouldn't put her in that situation. Wouldn't let us have breakfast the next morning is set and ate in front of them. Over horrible experience

Lisa, Gillian and Jessica really went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I would like to recommend that housekeeping does a better job ensuring that rooms are cleaned and sanitized in between stays.
