Good location but unsure with customer service
Unit room was quiet nice. It has enough space for me and my other 5 friends. All towels and slippers were provided for exact 6 people. The beds were big enough for all of us as well. Problem was we were checked in an hour and a half late. It was supposed to be 2:00 PM however the lady told us to wait as the room was being cleaned and the people who previously stayed in, checked out late. On our last day, we asked the customer service if we can check out around 1:30 PM instead of 12 noon since we were checked in late. They said No, even if it was their fault. Which is disappointing. We also asked if we could get the bathroom cleaned because it really stunk even we just used it for only a day. The exhaust fan wasn't good enough to clean the air. The cleaner wasn't available till 5:30 PM (I asked around 9AM). So we just cancelled the cleaner, and just cleaned the toilet ourselves. Also on the last day, I was woken up by someone opening the door. It was around 9AM. They had the keys and opened the door without knocking. I was sleeping in the lounge so I know someone just got in. I went outside the hallway, and saw no one however the room in front of us just closed which is weird. I don't mind someone coming and inspecting the room, but just knock and let us know. And if you want entertainment, bring your own. Because the TV that is in our room wasn't working. Someone went up to our unit and reassured us that the mechanic will fix it, but they didn't.

Imagine - there was not toilet paper in the bathroom for WELCOME. When I raised this question to condo management I was told that I HAVE TO BUY MY OWN TOILET PAPER. This ends my review.

Superb Location and Homey Feel
We booked this last minute and was relieved tl find out it is very close to Session Road and the bus terminals. We walked everyday along Session to get to the market and Burnham. It is a very nice condo unit with complete appliances just like any home. We cooked breakfast in the morning, reheated our left over food from eating out, these can save you a lot of money since Baguio vegetables and such come in at lower prices. The only setup about the room is the sink. It overflows every time we try to wash dishes, there's a tornado mop to use but the spinning function doesn't even work. It was such a hassle (borderline unsanitary) to hand dry the mop.

A nice self-contained studio
The place is very close to the city, just walking distance to the main Session Road. The room itself is very nice, decorations wise, amenities, ambience, etc.There is limited service though. Once you get checked in you are pretty much on your own. When I check out, there was no one to check me out or check the room. I just had to leave the keys to the guard.
