Very nice accommodations. The only real drawback was the loud music playing for many hours at a time. Apparently from the club next door.

Paid extra for junior suite w jacuzzi. Gave me room w no jacuzzi. Guy at front denied he told me that. Even the gentleman who helped me to my room looked confused as to why my room didn’t have a jacuzzi. I was tired I didn’t argue. Then you have to let water run for 5-10 mins for hot water. Never given heads up about it so it would’ve been nice to know that

First time in Mexico
My wife and I traveled to Mexico for the first time. We have traveled a lot within the US and we didnt know what to expect in Mexico. We stayed at Hotel Punto. The hotel's location was great, the hotel was very clean and rooms were very nice. The complementary breakfast was above expectations. Best of all was the service. The hotel and restaurant staff were helpful, courteous, respectful. Roberto was exceptional going above and beyond every time. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again.
