Great hotel not the best location
The hotel is new and very nice, good condition, the staff is nice, and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok not the best. We did not like the location much for our needs. We traveled with little kids and it’s was a 5-10 min walk to the nearest metro station with no sidewalk, everyone walked on the road.

Decent breakfast. Small room.
The breakfast was pretty decent, and it was including in the stay. I'm not a big fan of the separation of bathroom and toilet. The room was very tiny. It has two twin beds, but there was no room to open both suitcase on the floor. I have to put my suitcase up on the table to open it. It's close by two different metro stations.

great choices for breakfast, not too far from subway stations, convenient location and close to shopping area.

Exceptional 10.0
We stayed in this hotel for two nights before departing Japan. The hotel itself far exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and couldn't check-in so we left our bags in the lobby and went out site seeing for a few hours. Upon return all our luggage was already placed in the room for us. The whole hotel including the room and common areas appear to be very new, modern, and super clean. We had a room with three beds which were all very comfortable, the room was good sized and had separate rooms/doors for the toilet (with hand washing sink) and the shower area with another larger sink, which was super convenient for family/friends to share the room. The location is not the greatest, but not bad. It's about a 6 block walk to the nearest metro and not really walkable to tourist spots. We walked to the Osaka Castle the first day and regretted it...You'll definitely want to get familiar with the metro. However, there's a ton of local shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences within a very short stroll. Overall the hotel was EXCELLENT. I'd definitely stay again, but would just advise people to be aware of the location, and make sure you're ok with walking to and from the metro.
