Decent breakfast. Small room.
The breakfast was pretty decent, and it was including in the stay. I'm not a big fan of the separation of bathroom and toilet. The room was very tiny. It has two twin beds, but there was no room to open both suitcase on the floor. I have to put my suitcase up on the table to open it. It's close by two different metro stations.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights before departing Japan. The hotel itself far exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and couldn't check-in so we left our bags in the lobby and went out site seeing for a few hours. Upon return all our luggage was already placed in the room for us. The whole hotel including the room and common areas appear to be very new, modern, and super clean. We had a room with three beds which were all very comfortable, the room was good sized and had separate rooms/doors for the toilet (with hand washing sink) and the shower area with another larger sink, which was super convenient for family/friends to share the room. The location is not the greatest, but not bad. It's about a 6 block walk to the nearest metro and not really walkable to tourist spots. We walked to the Osaka Castle the first day and regretted it...You'll definitely want to get familiar with the metro. However, there's a ton of local shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences within a very short stroll. Overall the hotel was EXCELLENT. I'd definitely stay again, but would just advise people to be aware of the location, and make sure you're ok with walking to and from the metro.

Excellent! When they know I traveled with a 6 months old baby, they prepared a new bath tub for him with themometer. Room is comfort and new. Breakfast is beyond great. Great location and quiet. Near supermarket too! I'll stay again.

Great location and breakfast!
This hotel has a great location! The nearest train station is only about a 5 min walk, the strain station name is "Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi subway line". Another option would be 15 min walk from the "Shinsaibashi Station" (midosuji line aka red line). The Shinsaibashi shopping area (includes local shops and big retail shops) is also only 15 min walk from the hotel. The hotel was easy to find and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included with the hotel stay and the selection was different everyday. The hotel also offers a "leisure" room on the second floor, which was great when traveling in larger group. Because we would meet on the second floor at night to play games and hang out. I would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.
