Nice Stay
Great stay. Staff was nice and polite and helpful. Had a nice game/activity room so my kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was nice also. Room was a bit small but like many hotels in Japan, small is pretty standard. I had 2 small children with me and the staff prepared a small goody amenities bed for them so it made them feel extra special. Included little bear slippers, craft, toothbrush and sponge. Room was very clean. My only issue was the the shower room (shower and toilet were separated so great when it’s a family) seemed to have a moldy odor. We just kept that door closed and ran the shower hot for a bit to clear out the air. Helped a little. Nice location, a bit of a walk to Dontonburi but you can walk it. We were a bit lazy so just took the taxi especially with 2 younger kids.

Decent breakfast. Small room.
The breakfast was pretty decent, and it was including in the stay. I'm not a big fan of the separation of bathroom and toilet. The room was very tiny. It has two twin beds, but there was no room to open both suitcase on the floor. I have to put my suitcase up on the table to open it. It's close by two different metro stations.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights before departing Japan. The hotel itself far exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and couldn't check-in so we left our bags in the lobby and went out site seeing for a few hours. Upon return all our luggage was already placed in the room for us. The whole hotel including the room and common areas appear to be very new, modern, and super clean. We had a room with three beds which were all very comfortable, the room was good sized and had separate rooms/doors for the toilet (with hand washing sink) and the shower area with another larger sink, which was super convenient for family/friends to share the room. The location is not the greatest, but not bad. It's about a 6 block walk to the nearest metro and not really walkable to tourist spots. We walked to the Osaka Castle the first day and regretted it...You'll definitely want to get familiar with the metro. However, there's a ton of local shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences within a very short stroll. Overall the hotel was EXCELLENT. I'd definitely stay again, but would just advise people to be aware of the location, and make sure you're ok with walking to and from the metro.

Excellent! When they know I traveled with a 6 months old baby, they prepared a new bath tub for him with themometer. Room is comfort and new. Breakfast is beyond great. Great location and quiet. Near supermarket too! I'll stay again.
