Apartment with sea views and direct beach access

The "Red Viriola" is a nice and bright three-room apartment (2 bedrooms) with sea view, in a prestigious residence with direct access to the beach, located in a quiet area, just outside the small village of Letojanni, a few kilometers from the beautiful Taormina. Ideal for families and groups of friends who want to spend a beach holiday in the beautiful Sicily.


ACCOMMODATION

l Our apartment is on the first floor of the holiday complex "Sillemi", one of the few in the area to have direct access to the beach and to be located within walking distance from the sea (see photos).

The accommodation consists of:

- A spacious and bright kitchen / living room, with a sofa, table, chairs, oven, electric / gas cooker, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, TV, DVD player, coffee maker, various furniture and all cooking utensils (pots, pans , cutlery, toaster, etc.). The two large windows allow you to be able to come out on the balcony, furnished with a comfortable wicker furniture, it helps to relax, offering an excellent view of the sea and residence;

- A double windowed room containing: a double bed, chest of drawers, hanging space and bedside tables and ceiling fan;

- A bedroom with a window comprising: two bunk beds and one single, each size of a square, a large wardrobe with different compartments, ceiling fan;

- Bathroom with wash basin, wall mirror, vanity towels, toilet, bidet, water heater and large shower;

Every window of the house is equipped with mosquito nets.



THE RESIDENCE

The Sillemi residence is a prestigious tourist residential complex overlooking the sea, located a few minutes from the village of Letojanni, in a quiet area connected by a servzio shuttle.

The complex consists of four buildings, with private front door and lift, various common areas equipped with benches and bike place, a small amphitheater with sea views, a meeting place for young and old. In addition, access to the beach with showers and parasols, a large outdoor parking and a concierge service.



LA CONTRADA SILEMI

The house is located in a quiet district, just outside the center of Taormina. The area is characterized by groups of tourist residences elegant overlooking the sea.

In the area there are a tennis court and a football field at 5, both at extra costs by booking in advance.

In addition, during the warmer months, there is the kiosk open until the evening.





LETOJANNI

The seaside town of Letojanni is part of the tourist district of Taormina and is located in the middle of a big beautiful bay between the headlands of St. Alessio (Forza d'Agro) and S. Andrea (Taormina). To its unique geographical location, road and rail links, allowing you to enjoy the sea as well but arrichiare their holiday with cultural and natural features, as you can visit the museum and take other lengths of hikes through the trails, (such as "Path Forza D'Agro - Taormina) that extend between breathtaking landscapes and dense vegetation and Mediterranean plants, Greeks, Romans, Saracens and Byzantines have left their testimony with ancient aqueducts, housing, staircases and walls or day trips by boat to the rugged and beautiful coast of Taormina.

The fame of Letojanni is due to the beauty of its sea and its beaches, alternating sand and small pebbles, here you can take boat trips to the rugged and beautiful coast of Taormina.

take-off area, nestled in the hills.
