Room spacious. Bathroom need thorough cleaning. Wifi poor. Front desk staff friendly, young and earnest but no one can speak english well which is perplexing for a large hotel apartment catering to international visitors. They use an app on their phone to try and communicate which if can download make sure you do prior to ure trip.Overall ok stay.They had a shuttle to the canton fair however if you get a metro map and learn the route thats good too.

Close to the metro station and many restaurants and shops in the surrounding area.

Staff at front desk counter are professional. Check in and check out procedures were done unexpectedly fast. They know everything I asked about the hotel and etails of my booking. My requests were attended to immediately - plumbing service done to clear congested outlet pipes and assistance on how to switch between digital tv programmes and online programmes. The rooms are well maintained. We really felt at home. Unique hotel room with washing machine with washing detergent provided, microwave oven, fridge, dish sterilization machine, lots of cabinets, desks, sofa, chairs, wall drobe, etc made my gathering with relatives at guangzhou possible in my room. The location is at short walking distances to public transports, and shopping malls and surrounding tourist spots like ancient temples, not to mention the Beijing Road commercial cluster.
