Nice hotel, solid hard beds!
Lovely hotel, nice staff and a decent room. Makati is a great area to stay in Manila and the hotel is in a good location. However, the bed was the hardest bed we've ever slept in. It was like sleeping straight onto a slab of wood, impossible to get comfortable. We asked for extra duvets to put on top of the bed which helped ever so slightly for the second night still terrible. It was also fairly noisy.

The hotel room was in serious need of a refurbishment. The bathroom was a disaster. The shower did not work properly, and when we attempted to bring it to the attention of the hotel, were told it was the only room they had available.

Loved every second of our stay!
The most huge and pleasant hotel I have ever stayed with. I mean I have been to Japan and Germany and stayed to a lot of hotels for work. For the price compared to hotels around ayala triangle this was the cheapest for a Family of four. I mean walk-in closets and 4 toilets with kitchen and two huge rooms and a sofa. With all rooms having televisions. And a washing machine! Loved the pool too! Thankss Valero Grand Suites Hotel!
