Don't even try to see this place
Worst experience ever if anyone is reading this don't ever come to this place first of all it's in the worst area u could ever been in Mexico City... and second of all their phone number doesn't even work I mean what would you think if u try to call a hotel for any concern or question and their phone is not even in service and as soon as you get there you see you are in one of the most dangerous area in Mexico City where even the taxi driver is scared of driving around .

OK hotel in a terrible neighborhood
You get what you pay for. The good: To be fair, the hotel itself (cleanliness-wise, look, service, freebies) is surprisingly quite nice. Rooms are clean, towels and toiletries are all provided. Breakfast is included in the price and they serve it to your room every morning with a variety of hot and cold options. They also allow you to park in their garage, free of charge. But here is the bad (and by bad, I mean terribly bad): Rooms have no air conditioning. Not even a fan. The room I stayed in just a had a large window facing a type of indoor alley facing other basically you had the option to open it for air, but at the expense of privacy. (I kept it open with the curtains down). Luckily the weather was nice at the time so this wasn't much of a big deal. The location of the hotel was probably the worst part of the experience. Very shady neighborhood. Seems be a meeting spot for hookers and dealers, beggars standing literally next to the front door asking for money. The listing says it's right in heart of the city center. Don't be fooled by this! Yes, it's only a 5 minute taxi ride away from the historic centro, but the area feels extremely marginalized and EVERY SINGLE DRIVER I met advised me to find hotel elsewhere. Bottom line is this: You get what you pay for. If you need a place to crash the night and don't wander around outside for any reason (except to get into your Uber ride), at $20/'s a great value. Personally, I would not stay here again.

Impossible to sleep!
Too bad this hotel can't be airlifted to another neighborhood as this remodeled hotel would be great. Rooms are large, as are bathrooms, recessed lighting, flat screen TV's. The problems: first, the restaurant across the street BLASTS and I do mean BLASTS music until about midnight and then starts up again at 4:00 AM. I dont know how anyone in this neighborhood can sleep. NO fans in the room and because of the insanely loud music, opening the windows increases the torture. At about 1:00 AM, I heard a quiet but insistent knock at my door, not sure who was there, but after asking twice who it was, I banged my fist on the door from the inside and whoever it was took off. I checked the hallway seconds later, saw no one, but this really bothered me as woman traveling solo

Goods and bads
Inside the hotel is good, very clean and looks nice.Don't expect anyone to speak english. I would say service is not bad, again don't expect anything special, the price was good so I guess expectations should be average too. But in general I would say my stay was great, one important thing to know is that the neighborhood is absolutly not safe.

Ok. Prefer stay inside at night.
Service and comfort of unit good. Location bad at night kind of dangerous or not trusted. Daylight ok.
