Propriedade em estado de conservação ruim e sujo
Além de um estado de conservação e limpeza ruins, tivemos vizinhos barulhentos. Os vizinhos estavam reformando o flat durante o final de semana, com quebra-quebra. Os vizinhos também colocavam material de reforma, varal de roupas e panelas com carne para descongelar à nossa porta.

Paz e tranquilidade em Carneiros...
O condomínio é ótimo. Tudo muito bem cuidado. Existem casas (mais próximas à beira-mar), flats de 2 quartos e 1 quarto. Ficamos hospedados em um flat de 1 quarto bem próximos à portaria. O flat estava bem limpo. A distância do bloco onde estávamos para a praia é de mais ou menos 500m. Já na saída do condomínio é possível ver algumas embarcações oferecendo seus passeios às piscinas naturais, etc. No condomínio existem 3 piscinas e na mais próxima da portaria existe algum sinal de WI-FI. Não há sinal de telefone. Parece-me que as únicas operadoras cujo sinal funciona é OI e CLARO. O restante, esqueça. Não existe Wi-Fi nos quarto (ponto negativo). TV, somente canais abertos. No geral, nossa experiência foi positiva.

A comunicaçao por parte deles é inesistente, os hospedes é que preciram escrever e ligar pra saber que apt, como entrar etc. Nao tem Wi Fi! Lençois sujos. Apt sem vida. Sem quadros, sem cores.
