Royal Prague Apartments
The workers are very nice and speak English. The bed was on the firmer side, which we didn't like, but that was as bad as it got. We loved the location (it is close to Petrin Tower, close to a local park, and close to a gelato spot). We loved our spacious room and we will definitely be back when we are back in Prague!

We always stay here when we visit Prague. It's a quick walk to anything we want to see or eat. The space is set up really cool, it's pretty quiet, and we enjoy it every time we stay.

Great place to stay
There’s nothing I didn’t love about this place. Traveling solo I don’t like to eat every meal out so the full kitchen was a real plus. The room was spacious and clean, nice size bathroom, close to restaurants and shopping, walking distance to everything, very accommodating reception desk, and all at a great price. I will stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Great location!
When visiting in Prague, I prefer to stay in apartments. This is my first visit to Royal Prague City Apartments. The location was perfect. My room was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was wonderful and well equipped. Everyone was nice and helpful. My only concern was that when I would come back to my unit and wanted to relax a moment and read, there was really no place to do this. There was a small table with 2 straight back chairs and my bed in a completely different area. Also when I wanted to do some desk work in the evening. There was no desk. I tried to use the small table but being evening, there was no light source to see what I was doing. Just be aware of this when booking if a comfortable chair for relaxing and a work surface are are important for you.

Mediocre
During our 3 night stay in this hotel, we had many problems. Upon entering the room, we realised that we had been given a room with 2 single beds which we were not happy with as we had requested a double bed. The pictures do not look anything like it does in real life so don’t trust the images on show. After unpacking our luggage and settling into the room, we realised there was NO hot water and NO central heating meaning we were unable to have a hot shower and get ready and head out into the city. Beds were very uncomfortable, pillows even worse, luckily had a travel pillow and used that for the duration of my stay. Blinds didn't shut off sunlight which kept me awake all night, every night. Wi-Fi didn’t work, connection was terrible, resorted to my own Wi-Fi on my phone in the end. TV satellite was atrocious and screen kept going fuzzy so couldn’t even relax watching the tv before going to sleep.Hairdryer was awful, May as well of just been blowing air out my mouth on my body after my cold shower, would’ve been more powerful and would’ve worked better. Safe in the room didn’t work. Room key was annoying, struggled to lock the door when leaving, and struggled to re-enter. Wasn’t far from main attractions, 20 min walk to the Square but if I was to come again definitely wouldn’t stay in this hotel again. Maids let themselves into the room even though we didn’t leave signal on door. Disappointed but luckily was only ever in the room when getting ready to go out or to sleep

Great location easy walking distance to main tourist spots and plenty of restaurants nearby. We did ask for 3 single beds but on arrival it was a double and single - the hotel said they hadn’t been sent the information from hotels.com - however to be fair the receptionist did bring separate sheets/quilt and split the bed within the Hour. Although mattress and pillow were very soft n bouncy so not very comfortable. Our safe didn’t work on arrival but again on reporting it they guy came with his WD40 and it was sorted. Heating was a problem it was cold when we were there and we had to report the heating almost every day as did other residents in the hotel - but again to be fair they did sort it “every day”!! The single bed up on the raised bit it the room was very weird and not a great use of space, the room was a lot smaller than the photos make it look and not what we would call Deluxe! Overall great location, clean and helpful staff but more 2/3 star than deluxe. Great lampshade in the room though! Prague is a beautiful city though!
