Great location, rooms could use some improvements
The apartment is at a very good location: it’s alongside a river and a bridge; it’s close to the dancing house and a shopping mall which has a big supermarket called Tesco (large collection of local breads, cold cuts, sausages, cheeses, fruits, etc.); it’s within walking distance to most places of interest. We were able to find parking just on the roadside nearby. Property manager is very friendly and speaks good English. Housekeeping was fast to bring a baby bed upon request. We loved the fact that there is a kitchen. It’s great especially if you bring a young kid. Our pullout couch was made for us and our toddler loved to roll on the soft mattress. Our bed, on the other hand, was super squeaky. This kinda sucks because our kid also slept in our room. I tried to be super careful when I went to bed each night and when I needed to move in bed, but there was no way that I didn’t make a noise. The toilet was very loud when you flush. This is because some mechanism had to be installed in order to make stuff go down the old pipes better. Our toddler was scared of the toilet. We also tried to NOT flush at night in order to not wake up anyone. There was an elevator but it only goes from half floor to another half. We found it a little difficult to bring the stroller so we left it in the car. It’s normally not a problem if you can walk and carry your luggage a bit. Overall it was a good stay. This apartment had everything we needed but there are certainly place for improvement

Beautiful and stylish, good location and close to the old town about 10 minutes walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are nice.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The view of the river was delightful. The apartment building had a lot of charm and character. It enhanced our stay!

Ok but not quite “deluxe” apartment
Rented the deluxe apartment on top floor for 5 of us in teen aged family. Not exactly deluxe, a bit outdated in appearance, but ok overall, clean and very large, number of beds were sufficient. There is no shower despite what they advertise in this unit. There is a jetted tub in a slanted alcove with a shower attachment but you cannot stand up to use it as a shower if you are above 5 feet tall. No AC, but this was not a surprise and was not advertised. However, it was very hot that weekend in Prague and the heat rises, so this deluxe apartment on top floor was worse for us than lower levels. You can feel the heat rise as you climb the stairs. There is a lovely terrace off one of the bedrooms with excellent view and sitting area. This almost made up for everything miserable during our heat wave, but the other bedroom has no window and most of the windows in the living room don’t open much and it can be hot and stuffy inside. They did give fans but minimal help in cooling the area down. I don’t, blame them for the weather... but if you go to Prague in summer, I recommend some place with AC and certainly not a top floor like this if heat is something that affects you. If you go during other seasons, you will likely be fine in this apartment. Lastly, it had decent amenities in kitchen, but no real coffee maker, just coffee powder and a water kettle. TV was difficult to figure out, but really no need for tv when you are in a city like Prague anyway!

Great place to stay!
I always choose to stay in an apartment when I am in Prague. This was my first time be in Prague Holiday Apartments. It is located right on the Vltava River, across from The Dancing House, on a beautiful street. It is near the Andél Metro stop, shopping mall and trams and near many of the tourist attractions. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The young ladies at the reception desk were always friendly and helpful. I will definitely plan to stay there again on my next .visit to Prague.

All the comforts of home
Our hotel room was absolutely gorgeous. The view from the living room was amazing. We fell in love with Prague and this hotel, it was close to everything. We had a Tesco supermarket down the street and it was easy to use public transportation or walk. The staff at the front desk was great, they did everything to make our stay wonderful. The only drawbacks are that there is no air conditioning in the units and the elevators only go up to certain floors. That first day was incredibly hot since the windows had been closed all morning before we checked in. They were kind enough to bring us up a fan and we were fortunate it rained the next day. Great Hotel Apartment.
