the location was a short walk to the subway, which makes it very easy to access the historic downtown of lisbon. The apartment was clean and the wifi was great. I loved that there's a full kitchen and a washer and a dryer. They even provided the soap for the washer and the dishwasher. I have not travelled to Europe often so I had a little difficulty figuring out how to turn on the faucets. I hope they provided a quick instructions on how to operate certain things in the apartment.

No parking, got a $133 ticket parking in front of the property for residents only. No warning from the listing. Their "deal" for a bus service was 45 Euros for 4 people vs a 11 euro Uber ride for the van. I asked for check in instructions the day before and also asked to check in an hour early. No response. I called 3 hours before and then they sent me instructions 2 hours before my check in. You can imagine being in a foreign country, never been to Lisbon and wondering how you're going to get your family into your next stay. Would not stay there again.
