Very nice great location
From the moment i walked in everything was anazing. This is an exceptional place to stay. The staff was very friendly. The space was very clean. There were a few things that needed attention. The listing says tv. Although i had a tv in my room it did not work and when i inquired about it i was basically blown off and told i didnt need it. Which wasnt the point at all i wanted it. I am a solo traveler the internet in the room is non existence so the tv would have been nice. I never got it. I also informed the ladies that i did not need maid service i didnt need anything done to my room. They came in anyway. Transportation was a bit iffy i was quoted a price before my trip but then was later sent information with different and cheaper prices that were not offered to me. I requested a cancel of my drop to the airport a few hours ahead of time which wasnt received in time but the odd thing is the lady who cleaned my room tells the concierge that i need to pay for my ride directly to the hotel and not the driver. First im confused on whe shes even in that conversation and then i asked before i even arrived who i paid and was told the driver now your telling me the hotel?? Those are the few issue i had. It wouldn't stop me from staying again but i would definitely be more aware. The bartender i believe Omar was exceptional in taking care of me.
