Great place for an Introduction to Havana!
Perfect place to stay for your first trip to Havana! As an American, I was a bit apprehensive to pick a hotel, but I'm so happy I picked this one. This is located within walking distance of all sites in Old and Central Havana, but taxi's are also readily available for longer distances. Staff knows enough English to get by, and are very helpful! So happy to have stayed here, and would stay here again. They have Wi-Fi on the roof patio which is great at night. Check in was a bit confusing, but either talk to the doorman, or go to the rooftop patio to check in!

Nice place to stay a little over rated vs the $
It was really ok compared to the other places you can find the location is not the greatest. The person that help in the place were super nice and always concern to us having a good time. The price was high for the overall but it was better than other places

Great location and rooms...
Great place to stay!! The rooms are spacious and there’s air conditioning. Loved the place but the staff could work a little on customer service and advising guests of all their policies. Bad experience at check out. Make sure to bring lots of cash, this hotel does not let you use a credit cards for in room purchases or bar purchases we almost were stranded in Cuba due to them demanding we pay cash for everything at check out. We were suppose to get free breakfast which we were charged for at check out as well. Thank goodness to the thoughtful taxi cab driver who took us to the airport for free due to this hotels unreasonable demands while they were following us around at 6:30am. Most everyone we encountered in Cuba was nice and helpful but do be careful because they are quick to take advantage and rip you off
