Expensive and poor attention
Horrible experience, extra charges, the Hotel was shut off water, room wasn’t same as pictures out of Penol view and uncomfortable, check in team was very slow more than 45 minutes check in, they charge for kids event room hace capacity but do not bring extra blankets and towels

Excellent views!
The hotel and location is exceptional. It is a little bit difficult to reach but it is worth it. The surrounding area is beautiful and it is very close to one of the main tourist spots in the area the Piedra del Guadatape. One of the managers was great but the male manager was sort of unpleasent. Our room was not in range for wifi and that was kind of disappointing. Only certain areas of the hotel had wifi.

Pésima atención al cliente, no recomendado
Pesima experiencia. El hotel realizó un cargo indebido a la tarjeta, a lo que me comuniqué con el administrador y prometió arreglar lo sucedido y nunca mas volvio a contestar mis llamadas, todos los dias envío un correo y nunca me responden. Haré la denuncia ante la SIC, pero recomiendo no tomar este hotel. Hay muy buenas opciones cerca.

I was there and they ask for my girlfriends passport, she didn't have it an we were rejected. They don't publish the documents required in their web page.

El acceso al lugar es complicado le falta invertir en contener una mejor carretera al hotel 🏨 me parecían con mucha humedad y lo accesorios de baño deberían de ser gratuitos no los cobraron

Ein sehr schöner Platz mit wunderbarem Blick, leider war der Außenpool noch nicht fertig, aber das wird wohl ganz bald soweit sein. Kann man nur empfehlen.
